😎 Standard Delivery
2.1 Once you have placed your order, you should receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that We have received your order (but please contact us if you do not receive this e-mail). Please note this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us (which We may refuse for any reason).
2.2 Upon receiving your order, PayPal card issuer carry out for authorisation to take payment from your payment card to fulfil the transaction. We will not process your order until payment has been received in full. If we accept your order, We will confirm this to you by sending you a further e-mail confirming the Product is being processed ready for dispatch.
2.3 As soon as you place your order, we start to process your order which means you will not be able to change it before delivery, but you may be able to return your Products under our Returns Policy.
2.4 We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in 3-5 working days. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact our Customer Service department.
2.5 Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and AB postcodes will take longer to arrive. We aim to deliver standard orders within eight working days. During busy periods, please allow up to ten working days.
2.6 We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in the timescales. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. 😎 Nominated Delivery
3.1 We aim to deliver all mainland UK nominated day orders on the day you specify. Next working day delivery is available for orders placed before 1pm Monday – Friday (GMT).
3.2 Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and AB postcodes will take longer to arrive and will not arrive on your nominated day. Deliveries to these areas will arrive within seven working days after the date nominated at the checkout.
3.3 All customers who select a nominated day delivery and include their mobile telephone number at the checkout will receive a text message with delivery updates. On the day of delivery, our couriers will also text you to advise an approximate time frame when they will be delivering your order.
3.4 A signature is requested on delivery for both standard and nominated day deliveries. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card, take your order back and then attempt to delivery one more time on the following working days. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange re-delivery.
3.5 We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been despatched.
3.6 Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship to the Channel Islands & BFPO addresses.
3.7 Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays
3.8 Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over International Bank Holidays

4.1 Please note, all orders are shipped from the UK. When you ordering any products for delivery to a destination outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when it reaches the delivery destination. Please note that, we have no control over these charges, and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law; and if you return any products to us from a destination outside the United Kingdom, please ensure that the return parcel is marked clearly with the wording “Return to supplier”
😎 Refunds and Returns
5.1 We endeavour to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 7 days Without Wearing To Any Events or Party & Without Broken Goods Security Tag or To Make Damage on the Goods.! ***Before we are sending your order, we are recording your items Inside and outside of the Quality to save it at our data base*** to protect our garments from any negative comments.
5.2 International customers are when you are returning unwanted order will be on your own cost
5.3 When you are returning unwanted order will be on your own cost, all items you must send recorded with tracing number. When we received your items, please allow us 10 working days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund has been processed.
5.4 Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. We cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.
5.5 International customer when you are returning unwanted order will be on your own cost, all items you must send recorded with tracing number. When we received your items, please allow us 10 working days for your refund to be processed. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund has been processed.
5.6 The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 3-5 working days for the refunds to show in your account. Each item returned is refunded separately and will show on your statement as a refund / credit from Aykin Design Limited. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, postcode, and new card details.
5.7 In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have 7 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase
5.8 Order cancellations must be made in writing by mail to Customer Services quoting your order number. // customerservice@aykindesign.co.uk // We will provide a full refund , before you must return the cancelled items to us by recorded delivery with tracing number. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we are not refunding your order payment.
5.9 You can return any unwanted Accessories items to us for a refund up to 7 days after received; provided it is in its original, unused condition and you the consumer have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. Unfortunately, after return, If any items which we are found to have make-up stains on the garment cannot be exchanged or refunded. We understand that you may wish to examine the goods as you would when purchasing from our online shop, but we do request that hygiene seals are not removed from garments and shoes are only tried indoors. The goods will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the goods will only pass to you when we’ve received full payment for the goods.
11.2 Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or for uncontrollable forces which we will not be held responsible for.
